Uma medalha comemorativa do ano de 1950 feita de bronze. Possui forma circular e bordas lisas. No anverso da medalha há, em alto e baixo relevo, a representação do Cristo Redentor sobre o mapa do Brasil, e as inscrições, em alto relevo, “CHRISTE REDEMPTOR - BRASILIAM PROTEGE”. No reverso da medalha há, em alto e baixo relevo, a representação do santo São Paulo, e as inscrições "ANNO SANCTO MCML PIUS XII". A medalha apresenta uma pequena argola na borda superior.
