History
Em 1848, o relojoeiro Louis Brandt abriu uma oficina em uma pequena vila suíça para a fabricação de relógios na qual obteve grande sucesso. Após a morte de Louis Brandt, em 1879, os filhos Louis-Paul e Cesar assumiram o negócio da família. Em 1894, após o sucesso de um novo calibre de 19 linhas chamado de Omega, os irmãos mudam o nome da empresa de Louis Brandt & Fils para Omega que, em 1903, já era a maior fabricante de relógios na Suíça. Omega está em funcionamento até os dias atuais.
